HOLIDAY GRANOLA GIFT

vegan granola recipe

INGREDIENTS

GRANOLA –

2 cups old fashioned rolled oats

1/2 cup whole almonds

1/2 dried cranberries

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup milled flaxseeds

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/4 desiccated coconut

METHOD

GRANOLA – 

1. Measure out all of the dry ingredients and mix together in a bowl. (Holding back the cranberries, coconut, and flaxseeds)

2. When all of the dried ingredients above are combined add in the maple and oil. Mix well covering all of the oats. 

3. Place on a lined baking tray or ovenproof dish in the center of a pre-heated 200 degrees fan over for 40 mins. Stirring every 10 minutes so the top doesn’t burn. 

4. Remove and let it cool. Store in an airtight container for up to one week. Although I doubt it will last that long!
