I am Louise, content creator for HOTFRUIT.

We release new content and recipes every week for meat-eaters looking for a healthy change. Our recipes are easy to follow. We keep the ingredient list short, without compromising on flavor.

I have been plant-based for over five years and in that time I have been creating plant-based recipes and exploring ways for meat-eaters and veggies, including myself. Helping to make the transition to a fully plant-based lifestyle. I have previously worked as a food buyer for one of Europes largest value grocery chains.
